The CSI Experience comes to PCH!!

Over three wonderfully engaging and educational days last week, our students engaged in “The CSI Experience”. Students experienced what it was like to become a real life Crime Scene Investigator! Please see below for some pictures! No students were harmed in the production of these photographs!!!

First Year ART!

Ms. Sherry’s 1st year artists have been doing some amazing work, using the Grid Method to upscale a small 8”x10” photo into a large A2 size drawing, in perfect proportions. Just to make it even more challenging, the students portraits have been distorted and warped using filters. Looking forward to seeing the finished products!

Numeracy through ART

Our transition year groups have been doing great work while focusing on numeracy through art. Geometric paper folding and a Maths mural underway for Mr. Moran. Well done Ms. Sherry and her TY class!

Fantastic TY Trip to Brussels!

Three of our students Michaela Greaney, Aoibhinn Ni Bhroin & Rtuh Higgins exprienced the trip of a lifetime when visiting the European Parliament in Brussels with their teacher Ms. Flanagan! Well done to all and a particular mention goes to Ms. Flanagan for ensuring this huge success for the school!
