Our school council took part in the Anti-bullying Ambassador’s Training Day held in Colaiste Bhaile Chlair on Wednesday the 21st March. The training day is part of an initiative under the Princess Diana Fund.

At the training, the students carried out activities that should help students to build morale and encourage a safe and enjoyable school experience for all in the school. The student council members were trained as leaders and Emma Donohue was selected as our anti-bullying ambassador. She will be in contact with the trainers and will train further students in the next school year. This is a wonderful initiative and will lend itself to promoting an anti-bullying attitude schoolwide into the future.
