FIRST YEAR FOOTBALL

Our first year footballers had another great day out in the Centre of Excellence Dome in Bekan. They played Ballinrobe Community School and St Coleman’s College and won two out of their three games. Thanks to Mr Ryder & Mr Ó’Droighneáin.

Our Juvenile Football panel had an inspiring training session today with Galway football star and neighbour from Annaghdown, Damien Comer. Wet weather could not dampen the ardour and athleticism of our teams. Thanks to Mr O’Dowd and Mr Melvin for organising this wonderful opportunity.

Well done to the Boys u-15 squad from Headford GAA club who defeated Monivea/Abbey to win the Féile crown. A great weekend for football in Headford- well done everyone!

ST FURSEYS LGFA FÉILE VICTORY

Congratulations to St Furseys Ladies GAA on their fabulous victory in the Division 2 Galway Ladies Football Féile Final in Belclare yesterday. Well done to the team, the club and the management. Great to see so many PCH girls on the team.
