Our first year boy’s Gaelic football team played St. Jarlath’s in a friendly match at home on Tuesday. The game was played at a very high level with the Headford boys starting very well. St. Jarlath’s came into it as the half progressed leaving the score PCH 1-11 to St. Jarlath’s 2-04 at half time. In the second half St. Jarlath’s started very well but the Headford boys replied with 3-03. Overall it was a very good performance which will help them in their preparations for their Quarter-Final match against Ballinrobe C.S. in two weeks time. Final score was PCH 4-14 St. Jarlath’s 4-09
