We had the pleasure of hosting German exchange students after an 8 month wait. Some of our students had visited them in September and they all celebrated their reunion in the Anglers Rest. They went to Galway City, the City Museum, Salthill and The Planet and had a family day over the weekend. They also visited the Aillwee Caves, watched the birds of prey and went to the Chocolate factory to taste some chocolate. They walked along the beach and visited Petersburg. All the students have had a wonderful time together celebrating culture and friendships. The weather has been amazing and we wish them well on their journey home. This exchange was partly funded by post primary languages Ireland (PPLI).
