The start of a new school year often feels like a blank page, ready to be filled with knowledge, friendships, and memorable moments. As we dive into the first few weeks, let’s remember that this is a time of growth and exploration. With every challenge, there’s an opportunity to learn something new, and we encourage students to approach each lesson with curiosity and determination.

Exams Ahead: Understanding Their Purpose
As we approach the exam season, we want to remind students and parents that exams are not just a measure of how much we’ve learned; they are an opportunity for growth. While exams can feel daunting, they serve as a way to assess understanding, set goals for improvement, and prepare for future challenges. They are stepping stones that help guide us forward, marking progress along the way.
A Study skills workshop has been organised for 3rd and 6th year groups on Monday and Tuesday January 21st & 22nd facilitated The Super Generation.
Parental support of this initiative is much appreciated and students will benefit greatly from the seminar. The cost of the workshop is €10.00. Payments can be made using the Tyro app.
