The Make a Wish bake sale was a wonderful success and a big thanks to everyone who bought or made something for the occasion. The bake sale was organised by the Home Economics department and transition year students. A sum of 1460.40 was raised for the charity Make a Wish. It is a brilliant organisation which grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions. The bake sale was a great event in which we saw the whole school work together to raise money for the charity. There was a wide variety of delicious baked goods on offer from brownies to buns and many more which were all sold in record time. It was a great day for everyone involved. We wish to thank everyone for their generous support.
