Please read the instructions contained in this letter explaining how to register for our online Parent Teacher Meeting for first-year students on Wednesday, March 23rd  from 4.15 pm to 6.45 pm. There is also a link to an explanatory video regarding using your son’s /daughter’s school email account to join a Google Meet. Your schedule of meetings with your child’s teachers will become available on the morning of the Parent-Teacher Meeting. You will also receive a document via your child’s school email address containing links to the individual teacher’s meetings on the morning of March 23rd.

Your son/daughter has a lot of subjects this year. We advise that you prioritise the top ten subjects you wish to discuss as the scheduling software is limited in the number of appointments any one teacher can have. If you do not receive an appointment and you need to speak with that teacher, please call the office and request a callback.
